Once you have made your donation<\/a> and you receive the email with your PIN, follow the instructions below to purchase your Epilepsy Awareness plates online. You can also purchase your plates in person at DMV offices<\/a> around the state.<\/p>\n

These are instructions for getting NEW Colorado license plates. Learn how to renew your plates here.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Go to https:\/\/mydmv.colorado.gov\/_\/<\/strong><\/a> and click on Vehicle Services.<\/strong> Then click on Submit a first-time vehicle registration.\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n

Enter your\u00a0title number<\/strong>\u00a0and letter ID<\/b>\u00a0on the next screen.<\/div>\n

Provide information requested and click Next to move through registration screens.<\/div>\n

Select Yes or No for\u00a0Personalized Plate<\/strong>, and then select\u00a0Epilepsy Awareness<\/strong>\u00a0from the drop down menu.<\/div>\n

Enter the\u00a0PIN<\/strong> provided via email from the Foundation (allow up to a week to receive it after you submit your donation).<\/div>\n

Enter your email address and confirm your address in the second field. Click \u201cNext\u201d to advance to the next screen.<\/div>\n

Read the statement certifying that you have provided accurate information and click \u201cI certify.\u201d Click \u201cNext\u201d to advance to the next screen.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Click \u201cEnter a Payment.\u201d Follow instructions to complete payment, making sure to scroll all the way through the Terms and Conditions.<\/div>\n

The final screen will confirm your order has been submitted. The DMV will send you a payment receipt email and a confirmation that your Epilepsy Awareness plates will be manufactured and mailed to you within 2-4 weeks (possibly longer outside the Front Range).<\/div>\n
